CRITTER CITY: A MUSICAL CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE STORY

WITH WIND QUINTET COVER TO COVER

Enjoy an afternoon of musical storytelling with Cover to Cover as we follow the chronicles of Betty Bat and friends.

Critter City is a family-oriented concert experience in which musicians and audience work together to create a story live.

Featuring reimagined classical favorites, immersive visual art, and keepsake coloring pages, the story celebrates various Hill Country creatures and teaches important lessons in friendship, responsibility, and kindness.

Join Cover to Cover at 12:00 PM on August 12th at KMFA’s Draylen Mason Music Studio to help bring this delightful tale to life!

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Cover to Cover

Cover to Cover is an Austin-based, modified wind quintet that began in the Fall of 2022. Formed at UT Austin’s Butler School of Music, the ensemble strives to present lesser-heard works and incorporate extra-musical elements into their performances. All passionate educators as well as performers, the members of Cover to Cover believe chamber music has an incredible power to engage and inspire new audiences, and look forward to putting this mission into action at KMFA!
